Rules and Conditions

1. All birds must be penned by 10 am
2. No substitution of entries permitted
3. Judging commences at 11 am
4. Access to the judging area is restricted to the judge(s) and steward(s)
5. It is a condition of Entry that no bird may be removed before 4.30pm and must be removed before 5.30pm
6. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to enter the exhibit(s) in the correct class(es)
7. The breed of each bird must be given on the entry form
8. Where 3 or more birds of one breed are entered in a class, a separate class may be arranged at the discretion of the judge(s)/steward(s) 
9. Where there are fewer than 3 entries in a class, the class may be combined with another related class at the discretion of the judge(s)/steward(s) 
10. Eggs must be displayed on plates provided by the stewards on the show day
